Our Wellington House

No, this is not the view from our house, but it is one of the many spectacular views to be found throughout the city of Wellington.
Our house is in a cul-de-sac that ends at the garden boundary of the Prime Minister's offical residence. There are views of the Town Belt from the courtyard and of Wellington City from the upstairs bedroom. The house is part of a small 1970's development by well known New Zealand architect Peter Beavan.

These pages show you some pictures of our Wellington house. The house has a combined lounge and dining room, separate kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and upstairs a bedroom with a single bed. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe. There is a single garage with internal access. A courtyard provides outdoor space adjacent to the living areas and double bedroom.
