In the name of God Amen I William Alloway of North Curry in the County of Somerset Yeoman being weak and sick in Body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my Niece Elizabeth BUrnell the Sum of fifty Pounds of lawful Money of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland current in England to be paid to her by my Executor hereinafter named within twelve Months next after my decease All my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments of what nature or kind soever situated in the several Parishes of North Curry aforesaid Othery and Broadway in the said County or elsewhere I give devise and bequeath unto my Nephew William Burnell To hold the same unto my said Nephew William BUrnell his heirs executors administrators and assigns And all the rest residue and remainder of my Money Goods Chattels Rights Credits Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever after payment of my just Debts Funeral Expenses the expence of proving this my Will and the Pecuniary Legacy hereinbefore given I give and bequeath unto my said Nephew William Burnell and I do nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew William Burnell sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other Will and Wills at any time by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Alloway the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in or written on one Sheet of paper set my hand and seal this nineth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve .//.
